HOW TO USE

Adhere a Disposable Sitz Bath to toilet or place non-disposable sitz bath on toilet. Add warm water. Drop in 1 Sitz Bomb and let fizz for 3-4 minutes. Pop-a-squat (if you haven't seen Pretty Woman 1. this means sit down 2.
