Exchange Policy

We make every effort to curate a high level of quality consignment items at our boutique, and our inventory is listed with applicable details and priced accordingly (visit our Inspection Process page!)

Qualified items can be returned for store credit or exchange only — no refunds. 

Sale items (Blue dot, Green dot, Red dot, and Purple dot discounts) are final sale, and not eligible for return.

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at 587.316.0822 within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email indicating that your item has been shipped / available for pick-up. 

Any returns must be in the same condition as sold (at our discretion), have tags attached, and packing slip with order information. Local orders may return items to our shop during retail hours to save on shipping. Alternatively, returns may be shipped back at purchaser's expense via tracked mail (Dragonfly Maternity is not responsible for any packages not received.) Upon receiving returned item, we will inspect it for the required conditions, and from there we would apply store credit to your account. All returns are subject to our review and approval.

In the case of an exchange, Dragonfly Maternity will cover the individual shipping cost for the item being exchanged (exclusive to that item).
